Muay Thai- 6pm-7pm
Tues- Muay Thai sparring- 6pm-7pm
Wed- Kids MMA- 5pm-6pm (5th feb)
MMA-6pm-7pm
Thurs- Muay Thai- 6pm-7pm
Fri- MMA- 6pm-7pm
Sat- Muay Thai/MMA spar- 12pm-1pm
MMA- 1pm-2pm
Sun- Submission Wrestling- 11-12pm
Price per class or Memberships
Pay as you train- £8 per session
Membership- £50 (4 weeks)
The membership allows for unlimited training for a 4 week period. That means you can take part in any of the Muay Thai and MMA classes until the 4 week period ends. The memberships is great value for money for anyone looking to take part in 2 or more of the weekly classes.
Private Sessions
1-2-1 sessions are available at the The Forge with Matt or Dan. Use the contact section to message and book your session.
